Shipping
Shipping, handling, and insurance charge is based on the value of your order, and the destination of your package. Due to restricted delivery areas, we may be forced to substitute carriers when necessary. First Class and Priority Shipping are sent through the United States Postal Service (USPS). All packages shipped within the United States are mailed with USPS Tracking, except for items shipped First Class in thin envelopes. USPS Tracking provides tracking while in route but it does not show the date the package was first received at the post office. Overnight orders are sent through FedEx. All overnight orders will ship the following business day. We do not offer overnight service for overseas orders.
International orders do not qualify for delivery confirmation or package tracking.
All orders are shipped before 3pm on the following business day. Delta Gear is open Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm will ship by 3pm Monday.
Free Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping on orders over $200.
ORM-D: Other Regulated Materials for Domestic Transport
Products marked ORM-D in your shopping cart must be shipped "ground". If you selected Priority Mail as your shipping method, ORM-D products will be shipped separately.
Returns and Exchanges
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase at the shippers expense. All returned merchandise must be in original condition along with complete packaging, warranty information, instructions etc. Refunds will not include original shipping charges. There are no exceptions to this policy. We reserve the right to either replace, repair, or refund your money by either crediting your debit or credit card or issuing a check to you.
When returning make sure you:
- Enclose a copy of the receipt or packing slip, and instructions for our return department (Refund or Exchange).
- Return package via post office (Insured and with USPS Tracking) to our mailing address.

Damaged or Missing Items
Keep the original container, for packages damaged during shipping, or items missing (except for those on backorder). Contact our customer service department at customerservice@deltagear.us. We will rectify the problem as soon as possible.
