ChapStick Lip Moisturizer (SPF 15)

We tested 12 different lip balms and this was the only one in the top three that had an SPF, came in a tube, and most importantly that we liked. If you've ever used lip balm in an extreme desert climate, you've probably experienced a melted stick in your pocket. This is why a tube is important.

ChapStick Lip Moisturizer conditions your lips with an advanced moisturizing formula enriched with Vitamin E and Aloe Vera Extract. It helps prevent and temporarily protects chafed, chapped, cracked, or windburned lips. Its special formula glides on easily to relieve and protect dry chapped lips, while its SPF 15 sunscreen shields your lips from harmful UVA/UVB rays. Special angled tip.

Lip Trip (SPF 15)
Lip Trip contains more beeswax than any brand, and lasts longer than other brands. It contains distiller lanolin and Aloe vera to lock in moisture, and leave lips soft and smooth. Lip Trip protects from sun, wind, and other extreme conditions.

Carmex Lip Moisturizer (SPF 15)
Carmex is available in a stick with the added benefit of SPF15 sunscreen. If you will be in a hot desert climate, we recommend that you use a lip balm sold in a tube such as the ChapStick above. We've had lip balm melt out of the stick and into our pockets.
